Community Guidelines

WALLR is a professional construction collaboration tool. These guidelines apply to messages, photos, task content, and other information shared through the service.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Keep communication professional

Use task messages and project information for work-related communication. Treat colleagues, contractors, subcontractors, and other project participants respectfully.

Share accurate project information

Task status, notes, photos, checklists, and updates should reflect the work as accurately as possible. Do not intentionally submit false progress information or misleading site documentation.

Respect access and confidentiality

Project information may be confidential. Do not copy, distribute, or expose project content outside the people who are authorized to receive it. Do not try to access projects or tasks that have not been assigned to you.

Use photos responsibly

Upload photos that are relevant to the task or project. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in site photos. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have permission to share.

No abusive or harmful content

Do not use WALLR to send threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt another user or the service.

Protect account access

Do not share access tokens or other credentials. If you believe an account or device has been compromised, notify the relevant administrator and contact WALLR support.

Enforcement

Content or access that violates these guidelines may be restricted or removed, and an account may be suspended when necessary to protect project participants, project data, or the service.
