WALLR
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the WALLR mobile application and its connected services.
1. Purpose of WALLR
WALLR is a business tool for construction project coordination. It provides authorized users with access to assigned projects, tasks, progress information, site documentation, and collaboration features.
2. Account and project access
A valid user account is required to use WALLR. Access to projects and features depends on the user's role and permissions. You must use your own account details and must not attempt to access projects, tasks, or information that you are not authorized to view.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use WALLR only for legitimate project and business purposes. You must not:
- upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious content;
- attempt to bypass role, project, or security restrictions;
- interfere with the service, its servers, or other users;
- upload files that contain malware or content you do not have the right to use;
- use another person's account without authorization.
4. Project content and site photos
Users may create tasks, messages, notes, checklists, and upload site or work photos where permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload is appropriate for the project and that you have the right to provide it. Project content may remain part of the relevant project's operational record.
5. Roles and responsibilities
Administrators and authorized project managers may create users, assign access, manage projects, assign tasks, and manage project teams. Executing users and subcontractors may only use the functions made available by their assigned role and project access.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep WALLR available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, improved, restricted, or removed when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.
7. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when an account is no longer authorized, when a project administrator removes access, or when use of the service violates these terms or applicable law.
8. Liability
WALLR is a project collaboration tool and does not replace professional judgment, safety procedures, contractual requirements, or legally required site documentation. Users remain responsible for work performed on site and for verifying task information before acting on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WALLR is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the service will be used under the current terms.
